Edward H. Manley is a retired Navy Lt Commander, President of the International Food Service Executives Association for 18 years, and currently President of the Foodservice Institute and Chairman of the Board-elect of the International Food Service Executives Association. Ed resides in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.


Mary M. Kolar is a retired Navy Captain where her last tour was Chief of Staff of Naval Service Training Command. She is the Director of Public Operations for the Madison Museum of Contemporary Art. She also serves as a Dane County Veterans Service Office Commissioner. Captain Kolar resides in Madison, Wisconsin.

Board Member

Jesus Guillen is a retired Navy Chief Culinary Specialist, submariner. After spending several years as a food broker, Chief Guillen has returned to college. He resides in Honolulu, Hawaii.


Patrick Moore is a retired Air Force Chief Master Sgt. where his tours included Senior Enlisted Aide to the Chief of Staff of the Air Force. He recently completed a job where he was responsible for protocol at the Defense Threat Agency. Chief Moore resides in Alexandria, Virginia.

Paul T. Jones is a retired Navy Chief Warrant Officer 5. Mr. Jones is the owner/operator of a Five Guys Burgers and Fries franchise in Washington State. Mr. Jones resides in Mill Creek, Washington.

Robert E. Baker is a former Navy Lieutenant who served for some 10 years on the staff of the International Food Service Executives Association, and currently owns a company that sells footwear. Mr. Baker resides in Tryon, North Carolina.
